This panoramic video highlights an exhibit I created called Ice Age (aka: crystal caverns) at the 2018 Ingenuity Fest in Cleveland. Built over the course of one week, it was designed to inundate the senses and create a transcendental experience to another place and time. TIME TRAVELERS was the theme of the festival this year. Deep cave, wind, and live piano sounds echoed throughout, while cold air poured from flex vents hooked to a 5 ton AC unit, and SNOW would even occasionally fall from above. Literally thousands of points of LED lights twinkled and spun in every direction. Other artists contributed paintings, a glowing cloud, crystal rocks, stickers, and even an octobaby! It's now completely dismantled and frozen in the epoch of artistic moments passed. Other materials used include wood, cintra, glass, metal, various cloth and plastics...even liquid fragrances were periodically dashed about to create even more sensation. I both made and wore several glowing and dangley outfits to enhance my presence as the ICE KING. It felt like an era, now in the distant past.
